About the Competition
- Participants must fill out the registration form and submit their artwork online.
- Participants will post their artwork on the event page on their own.
- During posting, participants must add Name, University & Department
- Use the following hashtags: #RangDeAzadi #BloodforThalassemia
- Artwork must be in portrait orientation.
- Artwork must be of high quality (minimum 1024 x 768 pixels).
- Failure to include these details and hashtags will result in disqualification.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
Judging Criteria:
- 60% of the score will be based on likes and shares on social media.
- 40% of the score will be based on Panel Score
- On the basis of
- Creativity and originality
- Technical skill and execution
- Adherence to the theme
Certification and Awards:
- All participants will receive a certificate of participation.
- Winners will receive awards and prizes.
- The prize distribution ceremony will be held on the event day of Jashn e Azadi, where the winners will be announced and awarded.
Important Dates:
- Registration deadline: 31st July 2024
- Submission deadline: 10th August 2024
- Last day of Voting: 12th August 2024
- Winner announcement: On the day of Jashn e Azadi even
Rules:
- The competition is open to all students.
- Participants can submit only one artwork.
- Artwork must be original and created by the participant.
- By submitting artwork, participants grant the organizers permission to use and share their artwork on social media and other platforms.
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any artwork that does not meet the requirements or violates the rules.
