About the Competition

• Theme: Indian Independence/ Symbols of India Art Exhibition and Competition.
• Categories: Painting | Photography | Graphic & Digital Art | Sculpture | Printmaking | Drawing & Sketching
• ENTRY FEE: Free Entry (Only 1 artwork is accepted. Artists can register in multiple categories.)
• Only Indian entries are acceptable.
• Inappropriate artwork like violence, nudity etc. will be disqualified.
• Artist has to be the original copyright holder of the artwork.
• All size and medium of artwork is accepted.
• Artists can participate with 1 artwork.
• Artists can register in multiple categories.
• Incomplete registration form will be disqualified.
• There is no Entry Fee.
• Jury’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final.
• The winner’s name will be announced on 20 August, 2024.

Terms & Conditions
Introduction

By participating in the exhibition and competition you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The competition is being presented by Art N Culture.

Eligibility to Enter

The Art exhibition and competition is open only for Indian for participants of all age. Art N Culture employees and associates are excluded from the exhibition and competition. By entering you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. Artist has to be the original copyright holder of the artwork. Inappropriate artwork like violence, nudity etc. will be disqualified.

Payment

• There is a limit of one entry per person in each category.
• There is no Entry Fee, it is free to enter.

The Prize

• 1st prize : INR. 30,000 in cash
• 2nd Prize : INR. 20,000 Cash
• E- Certificate for all participants

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. Jury’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen by the jury and notified via the email address provided on the registration form Art N Culture will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.
If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Art N Culture reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement. Data Protection and Publicity Art and Culture has the right to use any artwork submitted for exhibition and competition for promotion purpose.
The selected entries by the jury will be exhibited online in Art N Culture’s website and social media channels from 15 August, 2024.
The winner’s name will be announced on Art N Culture’s website and social media channels on 20 August, 2024.

Limitation of Liability

Art N Culture accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

Art N Culture reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the exhibition and competition or amend these terms and conditions.
